1: Chest

With Arms Down, Measure the circumference of the chest. Under the arms.

2: Waist

Measure the circumference of the waist. Largest part of stomach

3: Waist Length In Back

Measure from the base of your neck to your waistline

4: Full Lenght Of Back

On the back. Measure from the base of your neck to approx. 3" off of the floor. (If you have an old cassock, measure from base of collar seam to bottom of cassock:)

5: Half Width Of Back

Measure from shoulder to shoulder and divide by 2. Or from center of back to the beginning of your shoulder

6: Length Of Sleeve

Bend your elbow. Measure from the shoulder past the elbow to your wrist.

7: Tailor Sleeve Length

Bend your elbow. Measure from the center of the back past the elbow to your wrist.

8: Full Length Of Front

On the front. Measure from the base of your neck to approx. 3" off of the floor. (if you have an old cassock, measure from the base of the collar to the bottom of the cassock.)

9: Under Sleeve Length

On the under side of your arm. Measure from the base of your arm to your wrist.

10: Height

Preferred measurement in Feet and Inches

11: Weight

Preferred measurement in LBS

12: Collar Measurement

Measure the circumference of your neck. (Or what size clerical collar you wear.)

13: Collar Height

Usually either Pontif #2 (1.25") or Pontiff #3 (1.5")
